To recall Emersion axiom, an Institution is the
length and shadow of a great man. For the existence of an
Institution like MANSAS founded on 12th Nov.1958, a Creation of
Cultivation of mind, the great man behind is Dr.P.V.G.RAJU,
RAJASAHEB of Vizianagaram, who cherished with a great vision to
bring K.G to P.G under the same umbrella. After the demise of
RAJASAHEB his sons and successors of the noble have been making
efforts to realize the cherished dreams of their noble father by
flowering MANSAS in to a Deemed University. As such the tree of
MANSAS offshooted its another branch MAHARAJ VIJAYRAM GAJAPATHI RAJ
COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING, in the year 1997.
